Here Are Some Common questions & Concerns to help you make an informed Purchase

FAQ'S

Your prices are excellent. How is that possible?

We’re experienced furniture manufacturers, and we sell direct,
so there’s no middleman.

We also focus on only the most effective booth and furniture styles for restaurants, which makes us very efficient in our manufacturing and finishing process. This equates to savings that are passed along to you.

Q: How does delivery work?

A: All CV booths will be packaged for delivery. They will be delivered curbside.

This means that the end customer will have to unload the truck and place the booths inside the location themselves.

Truck drivers are limited in the amount of help they can provide, and it is not their responsibility to assist.

Q: How does the wall booth/ banquette work?

C&V wall booths/ banquettes come in standard lengths of 60”.

Using the included hardware, you can connect the booths together. This means the booth/banquette can be as long as you need (in 60” increments.)

And again, with the finishing all around (sides, back, tops), they look great from any angle.

Q: What is a removable seat?

All our booth seats are built so that you can easily remove them for cleaning.

They are securely held in place with wooden seat runners that secure them in with friction.

Q: What is a wood vs. upholstered top cap?

A wood top cap is made from solid hardwood and can be stained in one of the listed colors.

It will have a matching welt applied to finish it off. The upholstered top cap is wrapped in matching vinyl with a matching welt. Your booth’s top caps are included standard as a nice finishing touch.

In general, the wood top cap gives the booth a more elegant finish, whereas the upholstered one is typically seen as more contemporary. And they both look great.

Q: What is a welt?

It’s what the competition gets after going toe to toe with us.

Ok, seriously, a welt is a thin piece of upholstery with a synthetic rope-like material sewn into it. We use these to help finish off the seats, top, and side caps, as well as along with

Q: What does “finished outside back” mean?

All single booths will have matching vinyl upholstered to the outside back portion of the booth.

This allows you to put the booths anywhere in the restaurant without worrying about an “unfinished” back showing. They look great even if the back side is being viewed through a window!

Note: Many competitors do not do this. Others will do it for an upcharge. But it’s standard at C&V.

What is a black vinyl kick base?

We add high-quality vinyl to the kick base of each booth. Further, it is wrapped completely around the sides and bottom, which acts as a guard against spills, mopping, and other moisture. This helps the wood base last a lot longer.

Where are your booths made?

We have a modern manufacturing facility in Ohio, so you’re getting genuine Made-in-the USA quality.
