Returns
Policy
In limited circumstances, CV Restaurant Furniture, LLC (“company”) will accept returns for either repair or replacement. The company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to determine whether to accept a return.
Circumstances in which returns may be accepted include only defects caused by the company, related to materials, components, or workmanship. Therefore, the following are some examples of where returns are not accepted:
· Damages to the furniture incurred during, or as a result of, shipping;
· Damages related to the installation or modification the furniture;
· Damages resulting from external causes, such as accidents, abuse, or misuse;
· Damages caused by actions beyond the company’s control;
· Customer error in the ordering process (e.g., incorrect sizes, improper measurements, incorrect measurements, quantity issues, color choices).
However, this is not an exhaustive list.
CV Restaurant Furniture, in its sole discretion, shall make the determination as to whether additional photographs are required and whether the product will be replaced or repaired.
Procedure
Requests for returns must be made in writing and within 30 calendar days of the date on which the delivery was received.
Requests must be submitted through email at info@cvrestaurantfurniture.com
All requests must also be accompanied by photographs of the damaged furniture. The company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to request additional photographs as it deems necessary.
The failure of CV Restaurant Furniture to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this policy shall not constitute a waiver of any right to which CV Restaurant Furniture is otherwise entitled.
